Identify your role below to find out which features you have access to.

Role Description
Program Manager Creates group manager access, configures and assigns subscriptions,
assigns cards and manages the printing of new cards.
Group Manager Assigns subscriptions and assigns participant cards (if program managers
have requested this option from IT support).
Market Manager Scans the participant's card during purchases.
Participant Uses their card to buy products at a market.

1. Activate your account

<aside> 👤 Who can use this feature? Program Managers, Group Managers and Market Managers can activate their account. Participants do not need an account.

Activating the account allows access to the Tomat platform as a manager.

  1. IT Support or a program manager must add you to the Tomat platform.
  2. A bilingual (FR/ENG) invitation email will be sent to you by [email protected] . Click Open your account. ❔ Didn't receive an invitation email? Check your spam folder or contact IT support for assistance.
  3. Fill in your information and click on Create my account.
